Try healing and cloning into a new empty layer on top so you do not destroy what you have

If you want to maintain texture, I would use the clone stamp tool. What are your settings? Mine doesn't blur textures...Screen Shot 2017-10-06 at 8.19.18 AM.png

You can also try the spot healing brush with proximity match or the clone pattern tool can help you add it back inScreen Shot 2017-10-06 at 8.17.09 AM.pngScreen Shot 2017-10-06 at 8.15.51 AM.png
