I create and publish digital books with embedded video content using InDesign. I export these as interactive pdfs, and I've been publishing these since 2010. In the last week I've heard from a few readers who can play the videos, but the audio portion of the video doesn't work. This seems to be an issue with machines running Windows 10. They and I have been through obvious things, updating Reader, updating Flash, updating video and audio drivers and checking settings in Reader Preferences without success. I don't experience this problem on my computer running Windows 10. Some have reported problems getting Flash to update through Edge.

Anyone have a solution?

thanks,

Bob Lang
