After Effects has troubles with MediaCore plugins

I installed AfterEffects a few minutes ago and it has this error:

Means: "AfterEffects Warning: The following Plugs-ins could not be loaded. Please reinstall these Plug-ins: ..."

I also can't import Video Files (MOV).

Make sure external programs aren't blocking access to the plug-ins or other components. This is a telltale sign of an over-active security tool or wrong security settings and user permissions to begin with.

I tried to run AE with administrator rights and I deactivated my AV, but it did not work (I also tried the two ways at same).

PS: I hope I'm not too confusing. I'm really bad in english

Then give it another whirl and reinstall again with AV off and possibly directly as admin. Something is awry.
