Hi there,

Wondering if there's a way to print groups of files without having to set up the print dialog for each file. I might have, say, 20 files to send to one printer, 20 to send to a different printer, etc. It's time consuming printing each one individually. They all print with the same settings in the print dialog box.

Thanks a lot! Really hoping to find a solution on this. It would be a huge time saver!

Have you tried recording the printing in an Action and batching that?

No, I've never done that before. Where can I find instructions to try it out?

You're welcome.

Yes it is a fantastic application. It has a bit of a learning curve but once you know all the ins and outs it is very timesaving and a real joy to use.

I recommend to watch all the videos. This will take some time but it will enable you to make the most of it and thus let you save even more time later.

Along with making an Action, you can create a Droplet, which will help you automate the process of this is something you do frequently.
