Some document digital signatures cannot be saved

As I was able to understand the issue from the given information, you are receiving error "Problem reading document (110)" when trying to save pdf after signing it using the digital signature, is this correct?

Check if an update is pending for Reader by clicking "Check for Updates" under Help menu. If there is, install the update and reboot the machine and try again.

Could you please confirm the dot version of Reader installed on the machine?
