I assume you mean into RH HTML. The answer is no. You can create links to the Word document but that is not the same as importing. What is your objective?

If you are 'importing' into a CHM, I would recommend adding the Word doc to your baggage files and then you can open it with an HREF="filename.doc" anchor. This will cause the file to open in its own Word window. I'm pretty sure there is a way to open it in the help viewer window but I don't recall off the top of my head right now.
