    Trying to buy license, payment taken, no access to software.


      After downloading a trial and it becoming expired, I have tried to purchase a license. You've taken money from my account and I cannot access the software. It took 24 hours for you to review my payment, which you emailed to say was rejected but there's a transaction record on my account.


      The entire purchase process is flawed. Please advise how I can access the software I've been charged for. Frustrating experience.
