Photoshop 2017 cc crashing everytime I use the Select and Mask Tool

I'm running an i5 surface pro 4 with 8gb ram, All of a sudden the select and mask tool has started crashing my photoshop. Just says error and close program.

Really annoying.

Anyone suffered this and know a fix?

Are Photoshop and Windows fully updated?

Any details in the Reliability Monitor?

• Type "Reliability" into Cortana
• Choose "View Reliability history"
• Find the most recent Photoshop crash
• Click "view technical details" on the right side of the crash
• Copy/paste info here
