InDesign CS6 on Win 7 PC - Unable to package and save as PDF

Hi there,

I have a file of 76,176 KB and i am unable to export to PDF High Quality and Smallest File.

Not only that, i can't even package my file.

I'm currently using the following:

1) WINDOW 7 on Samsung Laptop

2) 8 GB RAM

3) 64-bit Operating system

How can i prepare my document for printing?

Is it due to huge file size that causes it to happen because when i tried on small files, it doesn't have this issue.
