after effects doesn't starts

I'm trying to start after effects but the only thing I get is the "after effects CC 2017 suddenly closed" massege

What can I do?

My computer is a late 2012 mac mini, 2,3 GHz Core i7, 16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3 and Intel HD Graphics 4000 1536 MB

And I have After effects CC 2017 updated with the last updates

Yes, After Effects stops during launching

While After Effects is launched, the fonts and the effects are being loaded. If you watch what is loaded carefully in the opening flash animation, can you touch the name which lets After Effects stop?
