I created a document with links using Adobe Acrobat DC.

When I open this document on my ipad Pro (iOS 11) with the Adobe Acrobat app, the links don't work.

In other apps, such as OneDrive, the links work correctly.

Is there a solution?

Hi Michaelh,

As per the description above, the links in the PDF does not work in your iPad pro(iOS 11), Is that correct?

Hi Anand Sri,

it is correct. Links in PDF do not work in my IPad (IOS11).

Please look the file on:

https://files.acrobat.com/a/preview/9fba9ed1-96ee-4a27-969e-afae06135495

In OneDrive for IOS the links work correct, so it must also be possible in Adobe Acrobat.

Hi Michael,

I just opened your file in Adobe Reader on iOS, and the links do work for me. Let's take a step back: How do you open the file in Reader on iOS? When you access a PDF file on an iOS device, it will open in the iOS PDF viewer by default, and that viewer has very limited functionality. To open the file in Reader, you have to perform one additional step to send it to the correct application. Another way to open a file in Reader is to use Reader's built-in functionality to access online repositories (e.g. Adobe's Document Cloud, Creative Cloud or Dropbox).

Hello Heinz,

the Problem seems to be in OneDrive.

I open the file in OneDrive and go to "Open in another App".

In this way, the links of the file dont work.

Now I opened the file using Dropbox and the problem is not there.

Thank you for your  help!
