I have a customer doing a scan as a searchable pdf with a Kodak i2420. When they open the document with Adobe Standard 2017 the are able to do an extract and delete with no issues, but when they try to do a second extract and delete with the same document the get "There was a problem reading this document (15)" and it won't let them do the extract. Does anyone know if this is supported? There is no security setup on the file.
When they do a regular scan to pdf and open it with Adobe Standard 2017 they have no issues extracting and deleting as many times as they want.
