Can't find Three-Way Color Corrector

I heard that it was still available as a legacy effect, but when I search in the effects tab I cannot find it. If it indeed has been removed is there something else that has the same tools but under a different name? I am trying to correct some overexposed shots using the Three-Way color corrector to eyedrop the exposed areas and adjust from those selected colors.

It's a Premiere effect, not Ae. if you apply it in Premiere and copy paste the clip in Ae, you will see it in Ae and be able to

tweak it. In Ae you got Lumetri effect.
