I've been working on an animation for a week. I opened it yesterday and everything was fine. I saved it, after that I closed Adobe Animate and turned off my computer. So today I opened the same project and for some reason I cant open it: A javascript error occurred, the project can't be opened.

then you have a corrupted fla.
there's nothing that's likely to fix that. you can try the following but i've never seen it work:
rename the fla to a rar>use winrar to repair it>rename the repaired file to a fla>try to open in animate.
you can also unrar the renamed file and recover some assets (sometimes).
but most likely this will be a learning experience: always save production files (whether created by animate or otherwise) with increasing version names and 10 to 30 minutes to prevent the total

I can open animate and a different fla. There is just an error with that single fla
