No it's not possible – a subscription to CC2015/2017 is the only option. This can be the Photographers Plan in which you get Photoshop CC2015/CC2017 and Lightroom for around $10 a month.

Alternatively, you can buy a disk for Photoshop Elements for a one-off payment of about $80 (but no updates).

Keep in mind that the CS licenses were never really "lifetime".

Sooner or later a hardware/OS change will make them stop working. On Mac, you'll have a hard time getting any of these to work on a new machine. On Windows they still do to a degree, but very likely with a lot of glitches and problems, if you can get them to install in the first place.

If that happens, your money is out the window. You can't upgrade.

Hey,

CS versions are quite out dated now and the capabilities of CC is far superior in comparison.

Like Derek said you can customise your selection of programs that will bring down the monthly cost considerably.

If you only want Photoshop make sure you get the Creative Cloud Photography Plan (as opposed to the single application plan) as this is best value, though you are committed to 12 months. It includes Lightroom as well as any updates that are coming.
