Hi support, I've applied for the Enterprise Distribution License for both Adobe Reader & Flash Player for Sept updates few weeks back but until today I've yet to receive any email granted for the download. Please help as I need to install the software. thank you.

Please private message me the Adobe ID/email address used to request the distribution license and I'll follow-up with the licensing team.

Hi,
I'll follow-up with the licensing team. The email comes from noreply@adobe.com and contains a signed PDF attachment. Some mail systems block the email due to this. In the interim, please check your spam folders and/or check with your IT department in case the mail system blocked the email.

Hi Maria,
I didn't receive any email from noreply@adobe.com and nothing in spam folders too. Can't find anything in cloud, hit error "File Not Found (404)", the error has been uploaded to cloud. Please assist. thank you.
