You mean, based on the coordinates of the black, gray and white point?

Not sure it can be done "automatically": the ScriptListener records just the final points set by the Curve, the eyedropper tools seem to be something the Curves dialog manages itself.

You can read document histogram. Gray scale or certain channel histogram. Or you can utilize color samplers on certain pixel positions. And then you can calculate your curve.
