You're looking for Lightroom Classic CC. The new Lightroom CC app is only a 1.0 app, so it's limited on features at the moment. It'll have enough features for many photographers, but probably not too many pros at this point.

It is a new app started from scratch and it is not a full replacement for CC Classic. If you like CC Classic stick with it as it continues to receive full updates and support indefinitely. In fact CC Classic received additional features today and performance improvements. I doubt Adobe will fully replace it until there is full feature parity between both.
