Computer turns off using Photoshop CC17/18

I've recently bought a new Asus 15" Vivobook Pro N580VD. I've immediately installed Photoshop CC17 (and today I've updated it to the 2018 version). In both cases while I'm using the program my computer turns off by itself without any warning (like it runs out of battery). Moreover it is very slow and lags even if the laptop is very powerful. I've already tried to switch off "use graphics processor" option but without it I can't rotate the canvas. Do you have any solutions?

Could you please open Photoshop CC and share the Help>>System info report with us? See Learn how to access and read your Photoshop system info.

Also, If you un-check the option "Use graphics processor" , Photoshop do not crash the system anymore. Is that correct?

I un-check the "use graphic processor" option only for few minutes, because I need to rotate the canvas while i'm working with photoshop. So I'm not sure if, with this option un-cheked, the system won't crash anymore. Even because these system crashes happened sometimes few minutes after I opened the program, but sometimes Photoshop works for hours and then the system crashes and the lapton turns off. Also these crashes sometimes coincided with some comands I use, like "save" or when i close Photoshop, but other times hapened only with the program opened. Thank you very much for the reply, I hope that with my "sistem info" we can reach a solution.

Try to update your graphics drivers : NVIDIA DRIVERS GeForce Game Ready Driver WHQL if it's not working then let me know!

I cheked the graphic driver version and it was the last one avaiable for my laptop.

Your system info also shows you have two graphics processors. Photoshop is known to have issues running multiple GPUs. You can find info on how to disable one here (look at section 7):

I follow the instructions on the link. Now photoshop seems to work properly (maybe a little slow) even with the "use graphic processor" option cheked (I really need it to rotate the canvas while i'm working with the program). If the problem shows again I will ask you for some other advice. For now, thank you very much!
