I had Photoshop trial and it expired and I used it for its 3D purposes. Someone told me that 3D was only on CS6 Extended and I was wondering if their is away to get it but not have to pay every month is their away to pay once and just have it forever?

CS6 either Extended or non Extended is no longer sold.  The full version of Photoshop (CC) is now only available on a subscription plan.

Will the full version of Photoshop (CC) have the 3D tab that is the only reason i use it.

The CC version includes 3D if your system, including the GPU, can run it.
