Disable to use photoshop

I really need help with both photoshop and lightroom.

As soon as open photoshop it turns off and same for lightroom.

What is wrong?

You need to post more information. It turns off ? What your PC powers down?

It is just the photoshop turning off and says something like this (try to translate from Swedish):

"Adobe Photoshop CC2014 do not work. A problem made the program stop working correct.

The program turns off and you will get a message if there is a soultion.

CC 2014 is the version of Photoshop I use. The current version of Photoshop is CC 2018

That message you get seems to be a windows massage one get when a Program crashes.  There should ne a crash report. Please post the details in the crash report.
