I didnt worked much with pen tool in photoshop. So i have question about pretty basic stuff:

How do i make a symbol using pen tool, that will have an empty space in it? When i make the "0" shape, its just oval, when i then use pen tool to create another oval inside it, it just another oval. How can i make the inner oval become inner borders of the other, bigger oval, turning symbol into zero-like shape?
