I'm a paying member and can't download CC 2015, I desperately need this version... I know where to look in the app manager under 'other versions' but it simply isn't there. I accidentally uninstalled it. Please help me.

I am having the same issue. I upgraded to CC 2017 only to find our my video driver/ graphics card is no longer supported on new editions of Premiere Pro CC. I have a 2012 Macbook, so it's not that old...
I now can't install Premiere CC 7.0 (2013) because A) My OS (High Sierra) has a Quick Time bundle that doesn't work with that version of Premiere (aka my OS software is now too new)
and B) even if i could get the 2013 version working, my 2015 projects wouldn't load in that program anyways...
Right now I am in a perfectly terrible in between. I hope Adobe allows the 2015 download back, because otherwise my only other option is to get a new computer....
