Help: John Nevitt's Lightroom Web Page

John Nevitt posted a link to a very nice web page that he created— Fall 2017​. I think he wrote that he created it with Lightroom CC Mobile but I can no longer find his post. And I can't find a way to create such a page with text and a featured photo at top in Lr CC or Lr CC Mobile. Sharing an album just gets me a flat presentation with no text fields. Hints or links most welcome! Many thanks.

It was created in Lr Web, the browser app which is part of the Lr CC ecosystem. It even has an algorithm to help you get your best photos or use auto search using generic terms like water, boats, red, blue etc.
