Where are Jesus Ramirez's templates shown in "new Features" video?

Jesus's video shows his templates.  There are no templates like that in my just downloaded PS CC 2018 update from Adobe?  where

can I get them?

Do you have anything in your library panel? If you don't put something there, and that sometimes triggers the library to populate. Can you post a screen shot from the video showing the templates? I will be seeing Jesus this afternoon, so I can ask him.

Jesus said that only one of his templates made it into the final version.

I see none of his templates in my downloaded version.  Do i have to do anything so that the one he says was included will

show up?

His was the first one that showed up in the template section with. I hit have my phone, so I can't post a screen shot.
