Hello,
I am trying to upgrade my current photography plan to lightroom cc 2018+ Photoshop 2018 (new 2018 photography plan) plan for the discounted price of $14.99 but when I try to upgrade it is not available for me as I am from a country that has the digital river payment option. It says call support.
But, when I call support it is also not available for them. Is there a way I can solve this issue

Are you on Twitter? @AdobeCare were able to sort out someone with the same problem last night, whereas we don't have access to the customer details.

Have you tried this path?
Go to Adobe.com> or Click your profile pic in the CC desktop app
Click “Mange Account”> (you may have to sign in again)
Under “Plans & Products” click “Mange Plan”>
Under “Plan details” click “Switch Plan”>
let me know if this works
