Pick photos in LRCC don’t sync

previously I’d use my tablet Lightroom to flag and pick photos then move to the desktop Lightroom and edit them.

now with Lightroom cc I pick or flag them and when I go to Lightroom clasic on my desktop they don’t show the work done. my sync is on and working but is there an issue or it just not work this way anymore. If I open Lightroom cc on my desktop they are marked but I prefer to edit in classic.

are these two programs not compatible

Could you please check whether or not the problematic images are showing up as flagged on Adobe Photoshop Lightroom ​?
