Alt-Ctrl-Z "Step Backwards" Hotkey no longer works with Photoshop CC 2018?

Now since I updated my photoshop to CC 2018 from CC 2017, when I want to go back several steps the hotkey Alt-Ctrl-Z no longer works or gets stuck at one step backward. Is there anyway to fix this or is it a bug that I have to wait for an update fix?
