Why isn't Photoshop CC upgrading correctly

It says I've upgraded my Photoshop but when I look at the "About Photoshop" it says 17.1.0 release and none of the new features are there. Not sure why this is happening.

Please make sure that you meet the Photoshop system requirements for latest Photoshop upgrade.
