What happend when I tried to create a new document?

I have update Photoshop to the 2018 version and that is what I got when I tried to create a new document.

That is the new, new document UI.  You can set your Photoshop preferences to use the old interface if you want. You also do not seem to be getting the new interface formatted correctly it is not fitting in the UI window. It look like something is scaling the new new docyment UI content.
