Download from online gallery

I've recently upgraded to lightroom cc. I've sent an online link to a customer as normal to view the collection and they've been in contact to say that they can view, but not download the images. I've followed the link myself and can't see the download button anywhere? Only the comment and heart options. Any ideas?!?
