Help I'm working under a deadline.

I've been using Photoshop for many years and I've never seen anything like this.

I updated to the latest version of Photoshop yesterday to CC 2018 and I started editing images today and the selection tools are making random selections. The clone stamp and the spot healing Brush and healing brush are adding strange selection artifacts.

Please see attached screen captures of the problem.

I tried adjusting the in preferences and this did not help.

My graphics card is from ATI Technologies Inc. AMD Radeon R9 M370X Open GL Engine. I have 223 gigs of free space on my computer.

Can I go backwards and reinstall the old version of Photoshop? This version worked.

I can't speak to why this is happening, but you can certainly return to CC 2017 via the CC Desktop App:

Click the triangle to the right of Open > Other Versions.
