[PS] Shortcuts not working

Hi,

i have the problem, that all my Photoshop shortcuts aren't working.

I tried a lot: restart pc, start with save mode, install photoshop and the creative cloud app again with the adobe cmd deinstaller, tried another keyboard, another USB Ports, I tried also older programs like Photoshop 2015, nothing helped.

My windows 10 (fall creators) instalation is 3 days old and my only programs on this machine are google chrome, cintiq driver, autodesk maya and phtoshop.

My Surface has the same Windows 10 and programms installed without any problems.

Tomorrow I will format and install my machine again, but perhaps somebody know this issue and can help me.

Are you still facing the issue of shortcuts not working?

Have you tried updating to the latest version of Photoshop which is Photoshop CC 2018?

Hi Sahil.Chawla,

My only chance was to format and reinstall my Windows. Now it works.
