SQLite Database Corrupt

I've been stuck with the "spinning blue circle" on new Lightroom CC for some time. After uninstalling all of the applications and running the cleanup tool, this is still a problem. However, I can now try to add photos. When I do this, I get the error "SQLite database corrupt". The application is currently unusable.
