Adobe Acrobat X Pro had been working fine, and then after a recent update nothing will open when I click on it.

I tried repairing it through the control panel but it didn't work. What can I do?

Thank you,

Andrew

Hi Andrew,

Sorry for the delay in response.

Please try the steps from this link: Doesn't launch after 30 days | Installed as part of a CS6 suite

If this above solution doesn't work, you may try the following:

  • Deactivate the suite: Activate and deactivate Adobe products
  • Uninstall Acrobat only > Control Panel>Program and features.
  • Once the installation is done, launch PhotoShop and try activating the suite. After activation, launch Photoshop once more.
  • Now try launching Acrobat and it should work.

Please let us know if that helps. Or if you have already found a resolution/workaround to this query, please reply to third with your findings that will help.
