How do I contact a human?

I have a problem in reinstalling PS CS6. It thinks the serial number is invalid and tells me to contact support. Try as I might I can't find a phone number anywhere, or a live chat link. I used the support site and answered their questions and it just points me ere. And even to get here, I had to Google Adobe Support Forum as it didn't actually give me a link!

Log-in with a browser that supports cookies and contains no script blocking add-ons.

Contact Customer Care

Choose Serial number for Creative Suite and go down to the bottom where it says contact options and select Online Chat.

24 hours/7 days can not be taken literally.

Best time is Mon - Fri  5am - 7pm  (US Pacific Time), if you live in the USA. For other countries you can try usual business times.
