Trouble putting my design on Vinyl

So i have tried to put my design on vinyl labels however the colour scratches of easily and the sticker cant be used. Just wanted to know if the issue lies on my side. i usually give my designs to the printers in jpeg form

Why don't you ask your Print Professional what specs they require for good results?

Are you doing this at home on an inkjet printer, for instance?   What sort of labels?  What does it recommend on the packet, or website?

If you are having the labels printed for you, then Nancy has given you the best possible advice.  Always ask the person doing the work what they need for best results.
