Adobe Animate 2018 Crashing

Hello Guys,

I'm using latest updated Adobe Animate 2018 version. I'm working fine with it but when i close Animate, it shows a error like Application Stopped working in Windows 7. It happens everytime when i close it. What can i do to solve it ?

I had updated my software via Creative Cloud Updater.

I had the same problem and restoring the preferences fixed the issue for me.

UPDATE: Scratch that. As soon as I worked on and saved a project, Animate "Stopped Working" when the program was closed.

Try these solutions first:


Restore Preferences: Re-create preferences

If that doesn't work, do a clean install using CC cleaner Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems and reinstall Adobe Animate.
