making lightroom cc photos show up on other devices

I have tried several ways to get my classic photos to Lightroom CC so far nothing works and non of the instructions seem to deal with this problem all i fined is lightroom mobile and old cc stuff.  I add the photos to my new Lt cc.  Now they are in cc but they don't show up in any of my other devices. iPad, cell, or surface. Which is the big selling point of the new cc.  This has now become a big pain in the ass.

Are you signed in to the same account on all devices hotstarman? And has the syncing to the Cloud from LrCC completed?
