Can you digitally sign a PDF document/form in Acrobat XI Standard without having to email it out to Adobe Sign?

I had to fill out a PDF form and digitally sign it but could not find the option to do this from inside Acrobat XI.  I had to email it to myself in Adobe Sign.

Yes. Add a Digital Signature field and then you will be able to sign your file without using anything else.
