I downloaded Lightroom CC but it comes up with a simplified screen without Library, Develop, etc listed at all. I hit the inverted triangle at the top of the page and a toolbar comes up...with only Keywords, Cameras, Locations listed as well as the stars and flags. Any help would be appreciated. I've tried everything!

That's because you downloaded Lightroom CC after making assumptions, which turned out to be wrong, and without learning what you were downloading. We've all done this at one time or another. Perhaps you wanted Lightroom Classic CC?

It was recommended by a friend who is a professional photographer. I figured it would keep changes up to date (with a monthly subscription) vs a single use download (Lightroom Classic CC). Frustrating!
