Working in photoshop on my desktop, some assets in my library do not appear, most do appear. When I log onto assets.adobe online I do see the missing assets there. How do I get them onto my desktop? How do I avoid this discrepancy from occurring again? Thanks

Have you checked your File syncing preferences in the Desktop app?

In my case, My Library shows all my color charts, templates, and stock photos.
