previews buffering too slow

Hi,

The preview in AE is buffering really slow, resulting in a very laggy preview with low fps.

Even when I create a single 3D text layer and try to change position, really basic stuff .

My system :

Ryzen 7 1700X

32GB (2X16) Corsair Vengeance @ 2800mhz

GTX 1060

Asus Prime B350 Plus

Can anyone offer a solution to this please?
