Shortcut stopped working in version 19

I've just upgraded to Photoshop CC19 on Windows. All the short cuts are missing. I don't see any in the menu either. For example, undo should show ctrl-z, but now it shows nothing.

I tried to reset by launching photoshop with Ctrl+Alt+Shift and delete profile. I also tried reinstall. Nothing worked.

Illustrator CC19 worked just fine though.

If I manually set unto to Ctrl-Z it also works. But I don't want to manually set every single keyboard shortcut. What can I do?

Can you go to Edit >Keyboard Shortcuts and choose Photoshop Defaults in the dropdown:

It's already "Photoshop Defaults" There is no other options.

Is there an official profile that I can download and reload?

If none of these have worked :

a. Resetting shortcut to defaults

b. Resetting Preferences (Preferences >General >Reset Preferences on Quit - then restart)

Then all I can suggest is :

c. Uninstall and re-install via the CC Desktop app

and if that still does not work :

d. Uninstall - run the Creative Cloud Cleaner tool -then re-install

Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems

I tried everything and still has no short-cuts. I"m going back to cc2017 for now.

Anything else might be helpful?

You have tried all the normal "self help" steps - and if you are still not seeing the default shortcuts I suggest you now contact Adobe Customer Care.

Use the Support Home link at the top of the forum
