Hi. I sent a piece of artwork from adobe draw ipad to adobe illustrator on my macbook but all the layers are empty apart from the last which seems to be all the layers merged together. Is this how it works or I have done something wrong? I was hoping to make some changes and finish it off in illustrator but can't without all my layers. Thanks in advance.

Hi Katie,

The layers are sent intact.

Can you try to save the work over CC libraries and then try to open it in Illustrator app to check the layers?

Regards,

Sheena
