hi, i have an issue with one of my documents that i downloaded from my e mail and its a PDF, i downloaded it and try to open but its ask me foe a password to open the said docu, everytime i try to open it it keeps asking for a password, i went in my account and change my password but still i cant open the document i tried to put my new password but its says that its a wrong password can somebody please help me with this

You need the open password of the PDF document.

We can't help you. Contact the author of the file and ask them for the password. Without it you won't be able to open it.
