Adobe acrobat standard 8 getting crashed while performing OCR

Dear Support Team,

One of our user is using Adobe Acrobat Standard 8. When user is trying to perform OCR on document having more than 20 pages, adobe acrobat standard crashes every time.

Please go through following event log .

Sorry for the delay in response to your query and apologize for the inconvenience caused. As per the description above, the Acrobat Standard 8 is crashing while performing OCR, Is that correct?
