In that case, there is no blurb integration in Lightroom CC. Only Classic can do that. Lightroom CC can only export jpeg files, post to Facebook or generate a web gallery. Those are the only export options. you could always export jpegs for all the images you need and use the standard blurb book editor to generate your book.
So, if you need those features, Classic is what you need.

You have posted in the Lightroom-CC forum.
If you have Lightroom-Classic:
1. Select your photos and open the Book Module
2. Choose [Blurb] in the Book Settings Panel
3. Design your book in the Book Module. (create a "Saved Book Collection")
4. Finally Click the button [ Send Book to Blurb]
You will need to create an account and login for Blurb
5. After the book has uploaded you can order the book printed and make payment.
