Photoshop CC 2018 won't launch, InDesign Crash Windows 10 1709 -

Downloaded and updated Photoshop and InDsign:

Photoshop won't launch when going through Creative Cloud - when using Windows Start Menu: Application was unable to start correctly (0Xc0000022)

InDesign just mentioned crash info, to send to Adobe

Please advise

1. update your graphics card driver

2. try running ps as admin: right click the ps exe>'run as admininistrator'

Another question:

I have the same issue to run InDesign, it does not start... when trying to start it via Admin, then it appears to start, but takes incredibly long, and then is “non-responsive” .... do you know a way I can get that resolved?

Thanks for the quick response... I did that, but makes no difference.... upon re-launching, I could not see the two folders (InDesign Defaults; InDesign SavedData) being re-written either...

Any other suggestions?

Also, will there be a time when I can run the programs “regularly” and not as “admin”... that is a bit annoying...
