Photoshop 2018 - Problem with saving to Libraries

Hi!

I have annoying issue with Libraries.

PS 2018 doesn't save library object after I make some changes in it and then press Save. Looks like it disconnects object from library every time I close Library tab. If I keep Lib tab open everything works good...

PS 2017 worked good with it.

Do anyone have such problem with new PS?

Could you please refer this documentation Solution to the issue: Adobe Creative Cloud Libraries panel doesn't load in desktop products and let us know if that helps resolving the issue with Creative Cloud libraries?
